We operate on a No Let No Fee, No Sale No Fee basis, which means that if your property is not sold or let through us you will incur no charge*. All other services we provide can be found on the Services Section of our website. Our office is based in Perry Barr, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

*No charges are incurred for any properties not let. However, if properties are let privately or through another agent a charge of £35 is payable for those houses where a ‘to let’ board has been erected to cover the cost of the board.
